On May 21st, Ebay did a massive overhaul of their Seller/Buyer feedback structure.
The biggest concern in this overhaul was the fact that Sellers could no longer leave negative or neutral feedback to a Buyer, but the contrary was possible. As you can imagine, Sellers are outraged and rightfully so. This leaves very little protection left [...]
